Within 2 days you should receive a personal e-mail from us thanking you for your order.
Some people who have internet providers SPAM guards or personal SPAM filters may have automatically put this e-mail in the trash (or Junk) or deleted it at source.
We have found problems with bt and hotmail accounts.
If you have not received anything it is likely that we have your order which is sent
1) next working day for standard alert cards
OR
2) as soon as we receive your alert card details for personalised cards, by phone or e-mail.
If you receive no response from us within a few day from your order, please call Louise on 01622 726742.
We do take a break and go away sometimes - we can not advertise when because of security issues so please excuse us if your reply is a week late on occassion.
