E-learning for individual budgets

E-learning modules - it makes sense.

front page of one learning module
More and more local authorities are starting to think about staff learning and development amongst the change to personalised budgets.

At IforI we have been working with three local authorities and a leading training provider to provide staff training within this area (our specialism).

More and more people struggle with face-to-face training when trying to implement systemic change quickly and effectively.

Our response has been a UK first in offering tailored, affordable e-learning and development modules to really put people first.

Featuring personal learning logs, self assessment and evaluation by qualified trainers, these modules are a fantastic and cost effective way to support staff through this time of change.

What parts of the South East do you cover?

Because we are based on Kent we can provide Face-to-Face training wherever you wish and whenever you require in Kent.

We can also run up to a half day course e.g. 1-2 modules in the areas highlighted in RED which include parts of Hertfordshire, Essex, East and West Sussex and Surrey.counties

When are your courses run?

Courses in Kent.

PA Training for Employers or Personal Assistants:

Currently we have a 6 people or more system.

On the booking form we will ask your for your availability to take a course in a variety of different locations.

When we receive bookings from 6 people or more for a course run in one of those areas, we will arrange for the course to take place.

Does that mean I could be waiting a long time to go on a course?

At the moment, unless we receive a group booking, you may have to wait 2-3 months. This is because we have only just started to offer these courses and if they prove popular, we hope to be able to run courses every month.

Group bookings can be run whenever you wish and wherever you wish.

How do I book a course?

The easiest way is to do this on-line.

We can also send you a booking/Registration form which you can return to us by post or e-mail.

For bespoke or Disability Equality courses, please contact us to discuss.

What payment options are there?

Cheques should be made payable to: "Mrs Donna Watch" and sent to to 19 Rede Wood Road, Barming, Kent. ME169HR.
