Interdependent Living (Half day)

For many years disabled people have campaigned for independent living. That is the right to live fully inclusive citizenship with as much support as is required to do so. Whilst independent living principles still apply, we are now moving beyond this and beyond the Social Model of disability. This course enables people to understand the new approach of interdependent living where rights, responsibility and citizenship are bringing about disability equality.
